The Italian authorities have declared the sinking of a wooden boat off the Italian island of Lampedusa.
The boat carried about thirty migrants, more than twenty of whom were saved.
The survivors announced the disappearance, during the sinking of four migrants, three men, and a woman. The Italian authorities have not given details regarding the identities and nationalities of migrants.
