The customs guard services of Smâr, under the governorate of Tataouine, managed to seize two cars worth 140 thousand dinars yesterday, Sunday, June 24. These vehicles were moving a quantity of 4,000 ready-made garments of unspecified origin, with a total value of approximately 99 thousand dinars, as reported by the TAP press agency.
On the same date, the units in question also seized 33,500 packets of foreign-brand cigarettes aboard an all-terrain vehicle travelling on one of the desert trails in the region.
