Tunisia-Coronavirus: Tunis municipal police adopt zero tolerance for offenders

The head of the Tunis municipal police office, Tarek Bakir, told TAP that since the curfew was announced last Thursday, the various units of the municipal police are carrying out field visits to ensure compliance to decisions taken by the government to limit the spread of the virus.

Inspection visits to 135 cafes and shops resulted in the seizure of 70 tables and 100 chairs, as well as hookah accessories, he said.
