Tunisia-Court case in “Cactus Prod” postponed Until December 26

The Criminal Chamber specialising in financial corruption cases at the Judicial Economic and Financial Division properly chose to recess hearing in the civil case of “Cactus Prod” until December 26, Court official spokesperson Sofiene Sliti said.
The judicial hearing was promptly attended by the prime suspects implicated in the case particularly Sami Fehriformer Minister-Adviser to deposed President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali, Abdelwaheb Abdallah as well as former director-general of the Tunisian TV Corporation (ETT) Mustapha Khammari, Mohamed Fehri ChelbiBrahim FridhiMoncef Gouja and Hédi Ben Nasr.
It was also attended by attorneys of the suspects and the Tunisian TV.
The trial was recessed because of the apparent absence of the death certificate of deposed President Ben Ali.
