Forty -one people tested positive for COVID-19 after 171 tests were carried out on samples taken from people suspected of having the virus, interim Local Health Director in Gabés Yahia Hamdi announced.
10 out of the 41 infections are reported in El Hamma and western El Hamma while Grant Gabes registered 27 cases. On its part, Oudref confirmed four cases.
