The Democratic Current will not partake in Prime designate Habib Jemli ‘s Government, stated Current political bureau member Mohamed Ammar.
The Current prominently displayed following the private meeting of its political bureau its evident determination not to participate in the government, whose composition does not match the considerable hurdles confronting the country.
“Despite the shortage of confidence demonstrated by the withdrawal of positions of some partners, the party responded positively during all rounds of consultations,” reads an official statement issued by the democratic current.
The statement positively asserted the party had not until December 16 favourably received any serious proposition that explicitly explains its key role in the forthcoming government. The party further called to speed up government formation as soon as possible.
