Confronted with the increasing spread of the Coronavirus and the decline of the health situation, the municipality of Djerba Midoun has decided to halt the activity of the weekly markets in all the delegations with the exception of fruit and vegetable vendors as well as sacrifice sheep selling points.
The City Council also emphasised the necessity to respect health protocol, including physical distancing and the obligation to wear a mask.
