According to the international Times Higher Education THE Impact Rankings 2020, issued recently, the El Manar Tunis University (UTM) was placed in the TOP 400 globally and in TOP 200 in terms of Quality Education and Good Health and Well-being.
According to a press release published by the UTM, it is a ranking based on the achievement of universities concerning their contribution to the attainment of the Sustainable Development Objectives (SDGs).
In the Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and Partnership for Goals rankings, the UTM listed in TOP 300.
The UTM had been in TOP 300 of the Times Higher Education, The Young Universities and THE University Impact in 2019, as well as in the Rising Stars Ranking of Emerging Countries in 2018.
The UTM is the single university in the Maghreb region to list in the TOP 900 in the 2019 Shanghai University Ranking. It is amongst the best 900 universities in the world and among the TOP 500 in clinical medicine and biotechnology in the same ranking.
