The National Observatory for Energy and Mines under the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Energy affirmed that overall electricity production in Tunisia showed a decline of 8% at the end of June 2023 for s set at 8,470 Gigawatt hours (GWh).
In its report, the same source added that 182 MW of photovoltaic roofs were set up in the residential sector and 304 authorizations were given for an overall capacity of 79 MW in the industrial and tertiary sectors and agriculture.
