Five parliamentary blocs namely, Attayar, the People’s Movement, Tahya Tounes, Qalb Tounes and the Reform, held a press conference in parliament on Monday, December 7, 2020, denouncing the violence and stated that they had filed a lawsuit against the attackers under Al Karama Coalition.
Remark that the meeting of the Women’s Commission at the House of People’s Representatives on Monday was identified by a fight between deputies of the Al Karama coalition and those of the Democratic Current.
In addition to physical clashes, MPs from both camps exchanged insults in the corridors.
