“The draft of the new Exchange Code was adopted according to a gradual and careful approach which takes into account, in particular, the status of the Tunisian dinar,” announced Sonia Zoghlami, general director of financing at the Ministry of Finance during a debate recently organized by IACE.
The official explained that it was proposed to authorize people to open accounts with electronic payment platforms like Paypal to use funds to satisfy personal needs like currency accounts.
