Foreign Minister Khemais Jhinaoui absence was noticeable from president Kais Saied meeting with German FM Heiko Maas .
Jhinaoui was discarded by the Presidency of the Republic who requested him not to participate in the meeting held on Monday, October 29 at Carthage Palace.
According to radio Mosaïque Fm quoting an informed source,ambassador of Tunisia to Tehran, Tarek Bettaieb replaced the latter during the meeting.
