Tunisia-Former and current deputies must declare assets, says parliament

In accordance with Article 8 of Law No. 2018-46 of August 1, 2018, on the declaration of assets and interests, the Assembly of the Representatives of the People of Tunisia invited current deputies to declare their assets before the end of their statutory term.

Moreover, the parliament petition elected MP’s to declare their assets before assuming their duties. Deputies will start their parliamentary responsibilities only after fluffing this condition.
