Lawyer Islam Hamza announced in a post on Facebook that it was decided to keep former MP Mustapha Ben Ahmed free after the end of his hearing.
It should be noted that the former MP was heard on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, by Bouchoucha’s anti-terrorism brigade.
