The criminal chamber of the Court of First Instance of Tunis convicted the former secretary general of the Basic Union of the general administration of Common Services at the Ministry of the Interior to four years in jail.
It should be remarked that the former general secretary of the Common Services Union of the Ministry of the Interior was suspended a few months ago, in the context of the opening of legal proceedings against him for accusations associated with the deception, use of employment characteristics, collection of donations without a legal license, fraud, detention and use of fraud.
