During a parliamentary session on December 8, 2020, Article 14 of the 2021 Finance Law, stipulated that the instalment of the car tax sticker can now only be made after the regularization of the tax situation. They involve Income tax for individuals and the corporation tax for legal persons.
It should be remarked that 102 MPs voted in favour of adopting this article, 4 voted against and 9 abstained.
