The Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HAICA) approved, this Friday, November 12, 2021, an exceptional deal with the private channel Hannibal.
Under the virtues of this agreement, Hannibal TV is permitted to broadcast, for a specified period of time, until it finishes its file.
This decision was adopted following the meeting of the channel’s administrative council, chaired by Noureddine Hachicha , a private radio station reports.
