Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Professor at the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis Hatem Kotrane transmitted a message to the President of the Republic Kais Saied. Kotrane called on the Head of State to defend national unity and resist the decomposition of the state while respecting the law.
He likewise called for putting in place all the fundamental foundations essential to achieve this objective. Stating that the current socio-political scene is characterised by the discourses of regionalism, populism and corporatism, Kotrane said that the defence of national unity following a participatory and collaborative approach is the sole process to get out of the crisis. . Examining the role that has been played by national organizations such as the UGTT, the LTDH and the ATFD, our speaker hoped that the President of the Republic could meet with these components to fix the problems facing the country.
