Media Advisor to the Presidency of the Government, Sameh Moftah, commented today on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 on the withdrawal of Decree 116. If the bill was withdrawn it was to improve it, says Sameh Mofath

Sameh Moftah said regarding the fundamental bill on the freedom of audiovisual communication which was withdrawn by the decision of Head of Government Hichem Mechichi, that the law was withdrawn for revision and then referred to the Assembly of People’s Representatives.

Samah Moftah confirmed that this law will be reviewed according to the interest of journalists, consulting them and communicating directly with all components of media establishments.
