Speaking to Tunisie Numér ique, member of the defense committee, Amine Bouker revealed that this is a political affair par excellence given that influential parties in the country interfered to put pressure on the investigating judge and affect the smooth running of the case.
The speaker condemned the silence of the Minister of Justice on this subject, expressing his surprise at not requesting for the official documents concluded with the ISIE in 2019.
According to him, the company in question partook in the 2019 election campaign and dealt with the ISIE. The attorney specified that the number of defendants in this case is estimated at 12 people, including reporters , security officials and people close to the owner of the company in question, recalling that the latter were under pressure.
