The Independent High Authority for Elections will appeal the official Administrative Court verdict on challenges filed against the published results of legislative elections, ISIE member Anis Jarboui stated.
The ISIE will appeal against the court‘s judicial ruling to nullify the results of legislative elections in Germany, promptly remove Nidaa Tounes seat in the constituency of Kasserine and reallocate a official seat to Al Rahma party in Ben Arous.
Jarboui further asserted ISIE will be reported Friday of the rest of last judgments delivered by the Administrative court on the challenges filed by lists running in legislative elections.
