The governorate of Jendouba risks discovering itself on February 13, 2021, without bread, informed Tunisie Numérique’s correspondent in the region.
This decision was adopted after a meeting of the regional chamber of bakers to condemn the emergence of anarchic bakeries and to object against the deterioration of social and economic conditions in this sector.
Remember that the governorate of Beja additionally announced the suspension of the activities of bakeries in the region on February 13, opposing the non-application of the decision published in JORT which involves the organization of work in anarchic bakeries which profit from subsidized flour and who sell bread that does not meet weight standards.
