President of the Republic, Kais Saied, confirmed during his meeting with the Minister of Interior, Kamal Feki, that what occurred yesterday in Mornaguia jail was a smuggling operation of 5 terrorist elements and not an escape.
The president said, “The pictures that were broadcast had no connection to reality at all, and the aim of these pictures was to shift the direction of research because all indications indicate that the operation was scheduled for many months.”
