Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, lawyer and president of the defence committee for the Magistrates Kamel Ben Messaoud condemned the last decision declared last Sunday by the Ministry of Justice.
”We were notified that the Minister of Justice Leila Jaffel gave her instructions to regional leaders to change the locks of the office doors of the judges who are supposed to reintegrate work, in order to stop them from accessing it. It is shameful” He said , recollecting that the decisions of the administrative court can in no case be the subject of an appeal.
