The governorate of Kasserine reported 42 new cases of COVID-19 out of 73 samples analyzed in the mobile military bacteriological laboratory, bringing the infection tally to 898 since the start of the pandemic.
A source from the regional health directorate added that 3 new deaths have been documented the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 45.
Additionally,359 cases of recovery have been recorded, while 494 cases of infections are still carrying the virus.
