Yaâcoubi likewise said that the government had stopped the publication of the decree relating to the promotions of 2020 and did not pay the incentive bonuses of 2019. “The government turned its back on a 2019 agreement, relating to the increase in high school budgets in order to improve working conditions. Worse, it aims to lower these budgets by 20%. A large part of the costs of exam copies is supplied by parents of students or by teachers, “he said.

Lassâad Yaâcoubi confirmed that there was only a blockage of notes and non-spaces a boycott of exams on the part of the teachers, believing that the government acted “as an entity based on wild capitalism” in its management of this file.

In this context, he clarified that the decision to block the grades was motivated by the failure of negotiations with the Ministry of Education, believing that the government “seeks to evade agreements by pretending the sensitivity of the economic situation country “.

Yaâcoubi also expressed that Najla Bouden, “will alone assume the consequences of the conclusion of an accord with the IMF”, calling the President of the Republic to keep a national dialogue in order to get out of the crisis.
