The secretary-general of Tunisia’s secondary school teachers’ union Lassaad Yacoubi denounced the infrastructure of public schools, he, affirmed that the Ministry of Education does not have the financial means necessary for the application of the health protocol, in particular social distancing, given the number of students per class.
Speaking to Mosaique FM, he pointed out that the ministry should have talked with the union on the various possible scenarios, indicating that the postponement of the start of the school year is not completely excluded.
