The president of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) Farouk Bouasker revealed during a press briefing held today, that 6,56915 voters voted until 3 p.m. or a participation rate of 7.19 %.
Bouasker added that the participation rate is revised upward in the coming hours.
