Upon meeting prime minster designate Habib Jemli at the Guesthouse “Dar Dhiafa” in Carthage , Singer Lotfi Bouchnak categorically refused his appointment on the head of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs as he stressed the need for ministries to be in the hand of competent men.
The singer expressed his preference to devote his time to his music and art.
