ISIE spokesperson Mohamed Tlili Mansri said Thursday, in an interview with the media that the number of voters, today in three constituencies abroad was extremely low.
He added that as for the last referendum, and the prior elections, the electoral process of December 17 is subject to many tensions. He said that the ISIE will respond with actions to all the accusations.
