MP Badreddine Gammoudi was surprised this morning by the decision to remove the name of his colleague Sami Abdelali from the list of MPs, confirming that he does not know the party which made this decision, adding that it is within the purview of the general assembly.
He also revealed that the Ministry of Justice requested, by letter, the lifting of the immunity of five deputies, including Sami Abdelali, and that the responsible parliamentary committee decided to submit this request to the general assembly. , when the parliament’s work resumes next October.
