Tunisia-Monther Aafi: 129,000 students today passed sport baccalaureate exam at national level

Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, Director of Media and Communication at the Ministry of Education Monther Aafi reported that 129,000 student candidates applied today to pass the baccalaureate sports exam, stating that this evaluation station is taking place under normal circumstances and that the Ministry of Education has been well equipped for it.

The same source revealed that the 129,000 candidates are distributed among 49,757 males and more than 79,000 females. 3,701 students were exempted from taking the mathematical tests, and they are allocated as follows: 1,033 males and 2,668 females. 254 centres were allocated for the exam, and 71 commissions were set up in all states. According to the number of students in each state, this test is overseen by 2,130 physical education teachers distributed among 929 educational institutions.

Our interlocutor clarified that the baccalaureate sports exams end on April 27, 2024, and the Minister of Education moved to the sports stadium in Chadli Zouiten and then moved to the youth neighbourhood to supervise the beginning of the exams, which were under normal circumstances, and the students were trained at the level of what is known as “the baccalaureate entrance.”
