Mustapha Khedher, implicated in the affair known as the secret apparatus of the Ennahdha movement, left jail on Monday after serving an eight-year prison sentence, Mosaique FM reported citing informed sources.
The Criminal Chamber of the Tunis Court of Appeal convicted Khedher to eight years in prison for theft of sealed documents and possession of important documents.
Khedher is still concerned by an inquiry carried out by the Court of first instance of Ariana about the secret apparatus of Ennahdha but he is released.
