During her speech on the occasion of the 39th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of the Interior held on Thursday, March 03, 2022, prime minister Najla Bouden emphasised that this session is a significant step towards the light of the situation in a region that is undergoing an upsurge in the number of organized crimes, terrorism and violent extremism, in addition to human trafficking and the growing phenomenon of irregular migration.
Ms Bouden likewise pointed out that it has become essential to adopt new approaches to the concept of security, namely the inclusion of health security, human security and cybersecurity, because “all are connected to national security, to community stability and social peace”.
Correspondingly, the Head of Government highlighted that Arab security and the security approach are an integral part of strengthening the Arab region.
