The services of the Central Directorate and the regional directorates of the fight against terrorism in Mahdia, Jendouba, Nabeul, Monastir, Ariana, Sousse and Gafsa, with the participation of intelligence units, the national guard, managed to apprehend 13 Takfirist elements sought by different security units and judicial structures, for “membership of a terrorist organization”.
The General Directorate of the National Guard said in a statement today, Friday, that the arrested takfirists were condemned to prison terms varying from one to 11 years. The public prosecutor authorized the required measures against them.
