Prime Minister Hichem Mechichi ruled out re-imposing a nationwide lockdown on Saturday evening, declaring a decrease in work hours in the public sector to stem the spread of the coronavirus

On its part, Minister to the Head of Government in charge of the Civil Service announced the New administrative hour for the single shift system that will be adopted as of October 6. Below is the new timing :

The first period will be from :8:30 am to 13:30 pm.
The second period will be from 12:30 to 17:30.
