The Office of the Mufti revealed that a woman from Europe and a citizen of Asian origin converted to Islam on April 1 and 2, 2024 in front of the Mufti of the Republic Hichem Ben Mahmoud.
Conversion is conducted by reciting the shahada or double attestation of the oneness of God and the prophetic mission of Prophet Muhammad.
