Parliament granted approval on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, for the budget of the Ministry of Tourism and Crafts for the 2024 financial year, with 130 votes in favour, 9 abstentions, and 5 votes against.
It is noteworthy that the tourism sector constitutes 9% of the GDP, supporting approximately 400,000 direct and indirect jobs.
