Parliament adopted this Friday, with 122 votes, the draft organic law amending decree-law n° 2011-70 of July 29, 2011, relating to the organization of military justice and the status of military magistrates.
MPs clarified that the new measures constitute an essential step towards the unification of the conditions of recruitment of the magistrates of all the categories.
