Tunisia-Phosphate case: Travel ban for 12 individuals suspected of corruption

Spokesperson of the Judicial and Economic and Financial Pole, Mohsen Dali said that the prosecution inflicted today, Monday, August 9, 2021, a travel ban on 12 people suspected of financial and administrative corruption in extraction deals and transfer of phosphates.

 

Regarding their identity, the same source pointed out that it is the former Minister of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises (in reference to Slim Feriani), a former Director-General of the Compagnie des Phosphates de Gafsa, a financial controller at the Ministry of Finance, two directors of the CPG, managers of private subcontracting companies, and a frozen deputy  (in reference to Lotfi Ali) and his brother.
