Travellers today complained about overcrowding in metro stations in the capital, particularly at the République station (Passage) where this photo was captured, due to the practical absence of subways.
A view to which we are entitled to every Ramadan, however, one which becomes dangerous during the severe health crises were encountering.
So one wonders if the measures declared by the government, including the 10 p.m. curfew, would have any opportunity of being effective when Tunisian citizens put their lives on the line every morning by going to work.
