MPs of the House of People’s Representatives today examined and adopted the budget of the Ministry of Religious Affairs for the year 2024.
During this plenary, MP Manel Bdida suggested establishing a system of free water and electricity. She believed that the cost of electricity and water is high and expensive for places of worship.
”This cost is estimated at 16 million dinars per year. This amount must be directed towards improving the bonuses given to executives or towards maintenance work,” she said.
