Tunisia-President Kais Saied meets Rached Ghannouchi

President Kais Saied cordially received Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi.
Ghannouchi properly notified the President of the Republic about the direct consequences of the recent discussions properly held by Ennahdha movement with some wining political parties concerning the government formation.
The official meeting additionally concentrated on strengthening relationships with Maghreb countries and fortifying Tunisia’s key role in attaining lasting peace in Libya.
Ghannouchi felicitated President Saied on winning the presidential election 
Saied emphasised his leading role as an ultimate guarantor of Tunisians’ unity. He further emphasised the considerable importance of competence as a chief criterion in choosing members of the new government as well as the elaboration of a new action plan likely to meet Tunisians’ expectations.
