Tunisia-President Kaïs Saïed receives PM Hichem Mechichi

President Kaïs Saïed received prime minister Hichem Mechici at the Carthage presidential palace.
The meeting concentrated on the economic, social and health matters of Tunisians as well as the political and security status in the nation.
The meeting further allowed reviewing the general situation in the country, especially the health situation associated to COVID-19, and the consequences of massive rainfalls that befell on Thursday on Tunisia, prompting the death of two people washed away by rainwater.
The return to school and university and the resulting financial requirements and the terrorist operation that took place last Sunday at the intersection of Akouda-El Kantaoui (Sousse), were also on the agenda of the meeting.
