President Kais Saied, on Friday, received Prime Minister-designateHichem Mechichi at Carthage presidential palace.
The meeting concentrated on the general security situation in the country as well as the necessity to secure the safety and security of citizens on the streets and in all regions of the country.
Mechichi notified the Head of State of the latest developments concerning consultations on the formation of the next government.
