Tunisia-President Mohamed Ennaceur meets President of Bar Association

President Mohamed Ennaceur received the executive president of the Tunisian National Bar Association Brahim Bouderbala at Carthage presidential palace.
Bouderbala stated that the official meeting concentrated on the status of judicial services and the most recent developments concerning apparent disputes at the Tunis Court of First Instance.

Ennaceur emphasised the imperative necessity to push resolutely with the peaceful settlement of disputes to ensure the proper functioning of the judicial system and to safeguard the rights of defendants.

On his part, The President of the Bar asserted his gratitude for the attempts performed by the President with the diverse parties, he further emphasised the crucial role of attorneys throughout history in strengthening the judiciary and preserving its independence while working to defend it from political pressure.
