Tunisia-Prime Ministry begins survey on Tunisians behaviour towards coronavirus

The Prime Ministry began a survey on “the attitude and behaviour of Tunisians facing the coronavirus (COVID-19).”

The survey is a portion of research being carried by a sociology professor at the Tunis University Slim Masmoudi. It strives to assess the attitude of Tunisians toward this extremely infectious virus and evaluate the degree of compliance with preventive recommendations (handwashing, social distancing …).

Respondents have various answer opportunities to a series of questions in connection to the varied reactions of citizens to the epidemiological situation in the country (anger, fear, joy, disgust or contempt).

Three questions concerning surveyed people’s contribution to anti-COVID-19 efforts, changes to their daily life and the degree of their optimism come at the end of the poll.
