House speaker Rached Ghannouchi has confirmed that a consensus happened between the presidency of the republic and the prime ministry on the name of the proposed name of the minister of equipment Kamal Doukh.
He considered that the change happened in the constitutional deadline,adding that the prime minister-designate can do a modification within the constructional deadline.
