The Court of Cassation has approved the criminal reconciliation agreement between Imed Trabelsi and the Tunisian State through the Truth and Dignity Commission, Mosaïque fm reported.
The agreement consists of the payment of an amount set after a series of expertise carried out with the cooperation of the Ministry of State Domains.
The state litigation officer appealed the criminal reconciliation decision but the court approved it, according to the same source.
