The indictment chamber at the Tunis Court of Appeal declined the release of the former MP, Wajdi Ghaoui, and sent the case file back to the investigating judge.
As a reminder, Wajdi Ghaoui had been arrested at the parliament, just after taking the oath, following an arrest warrant issued against him by the Court of First Instance of Ben Arous, for a case of falsification of the lists of sponsorships he had submitted to the ISIE.
